Enterprise experience,
Founder mindset.
Craig Niven spent 15 years building and fixing subscription businesses at leading brands like Sky, News Corp, Future and BT, as well as streaming platforms like NFL Game Pass and ATP Tennis TV.
He's turned around loss-making subscription P&Ls, rebuilt subscription billing systems, launched subscription products and led subscription transformation projects to kick flatlining recurring revenue line back into growth.
The work taught him that most subscription problems are misdiagnosed: brands will launch customer engagement campaigns when payment failures are driving churn. They'll throw deeper discounts to maintain subscriber growth, but kill LTV. They'd hammer customer services when the tech stack is broken.
Craig then realised there was very little support available to scaling DTC subscription brands, who would apply one-time product thinking to subscriptions revenue; and no one could help them identify why it wasn't working.
