What is FILDI?

FILDI is a London-based subscriptions consultancy that helps scale-ups accelerate their recurring revenue growth. We specialise in reducing churn, optimising pricing and scaling subscriber acquisition for DTC brands with anything between £1m and £50m annual revenue.

What types of client do you work with?

FILDI works with DTC brands who either already have a subscriptions business (SAAS, memberships, food & beverage, healthcare, digital services, subscription boxes etc).

Does FILDI work internationally or only in the UK?

FILDI is based in London but our client base is mainly split between UK, USA/CA and Australia. We're comfortable with remote collaboration and can travel for key workshops and strategy sessions/presentations.
